Privacy Policy

Low Cost RX Club is a brand of LOW COST RX LLC (Ohio). This policy explains how LOW COST RX LLC, doing business as Low Cost RX Club ("we" or "us"), handles information on this website and when you sign up. Low Cost RX Club is a paid membership. It is not insurance.

What we collect

Visit information. Our website host and customer software, HighLevel, automatically records information about visits to this site. This may include the pages you view and their web addresses, the time you spend on the site, the site or ad that sent you here, your device type, browser, IP address and approximate location, and cookies or similar identifiers. If you arrive from an ad or link that carries a click identifier, that identifier may be recorded too. The sign-up and checkout pages may also use cookies or similar identifiers in the same way.

Information you give us when you sign up. When you join, we collect:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• your mobile number
• your confirmation that you are 18 or older (this is the only age information we keep)
• your acceptance of our terms, with the date and time
• your text message choice: the mobile number, the date and time you agreed, and the version of the wording you saw
• your payment details, which Stripe processes
• your order and membership status

If you contact us, we also keep what you send.

Payment information. Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your card details. We receive only your payment status.

How visit information connects to you

When you give us your name, email or mobile number, HighLevel may link your earlier and later visits on this site to your contact record. Signing up creates your contact record before you start your membership, so this can happen even if you never become a member. Those visits can include pages about treatment options.

How we use it

• To create your account and your contact record.
• To take and renew your $47 membership.
• To send you reminders by email, and by text if you agreed to texts, if you leave your sign-up unfinished.
• To answer your questions and give you support.
• To keep the site and your account secure, and to run and improve the site.

We don't use your visit records to choose, group or target the messages we send you by page or topic.

How long we keep it

• Contact details from a sign-up that was never finished: 1 year.
• Records of members who cancel: 3 years after they cancel, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
• Text message consent records: 5 years. We keep these as proof of your choice.
• Records made by our team while testing the site: deleted after testing.
• Any of your information: deleted when you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We may keep information longer if the law requires it.

Who we share it with

• HighLevel. Our website host and customer software. It stores your contact and membership records and sends our emails and texts. HighLevel uses its own service providers to deliver email and texts.
• Stripe. It takes your membership payment.
• Mobile carriers. They deliver text messages to your phone.
• Service providers that keep the site secure and load it, which may include content delivery and font services.

We don't share your mobile number or your text message choice with anyone for their own marketing. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Consumer health data

Visiting pages about treatment options may suggest a health interest. Joining the Club, and the contact record that is linked to those visits, may also suggest a health interest. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Marketing emails and texts

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address: 2037 Twin Flower Circle, Grove City, OH 43123. We stop marketing emails within 10 business days of your request.
• Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you.
• Opting out of marketing does not stop account, billing and security messages.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box when you sign up, we send you texts under the program "Low Cost RX Club texts". Ticking the box is your choice and is not needed to join. We don't share mobile information with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the privacy request form below or email support@lowcostrxclub.com.
• To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email.
• To withdraw a consent you gave us, use the privacy request form below, reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link.
• We act on requests within the time the law allows. For withdrawing consent under Connecticut law, that is 15 days. For other requests, it is 45 days.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 signed up, we delete the record.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date above.
